Nick,
You can see the letter over at the Southern Cone San Joaquin website "Soundings", but, otherwise, people are commenting on different blogs, and no other word that I have heard from the HOB.

Prayers abound for all the faithfiul in the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin and especially for those who are still in discrenment process in this season of Lent. We are all borhters and sisters in Christ Jesus and our authority is Him who died willing and selflessly for our sins and was raised from the dead so we would have eternal life with Him. His word, the Scriptures are the written Authority. May God have mercy and pour out many blessings on all who are faithful that cling to and adhere to His word!
In the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ I pray. Amen!
